Child Safety Standards
Last updated October 20, 2026
The Porch is a local board for adults in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, run by This is 37, LLC. It has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form, anywhere on The Porch.
Who can use The Porch
You must be at least 18 to join. Accounts that belong to a minor are removed as soon as we learn of them.
What is never allowed
- Any image, video, text or link that sexualizes a minor, including CSAM
- Grooming, or contacting a minor for sexual purposes
- Sextortion, or trafficking or selling a minor in any way
- Asking for, offering or sharing any of the above, including in private messages
How to report it
Every post, comment, event, profile and message on The Porch has a Report option, in the app and on the website. Reports go straight to the person who runs The Porch and are reviewed within 24 hours. You can also reach us from the support page, or email kateparker@shethrivesmarketing.com.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
What we do
- Remove the content as soon as it is confirmed.
- Suspend and permanently remove the account responsible.
- Report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, as US law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement.
- Preserve what is needed for that report, and nothing more.
The law
The Porch complies with all child safety laws that apply to it, including the US federal reporting requirements for online services. Anyone can also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
